Saw this on a local menu here in Miami and decided to recreate it. It was sooo good!!!
1.5 oz Tequila
1.5 oz elderflower liqueur
5-7 oz Sparkling Pineapple Juice
Garnish: dried pineapple

1- add in all of the ingredients in an ice filled glass
2- garnish and serve
