1-3 oz Strawberry Simple Syrup
1 cocktail wreath (tutorial in next video)

1- freeze your cocktail wreath overnight (tutorial in next video)
2- add in your simple syrup and (start with 2 bottles) sparkling wine (refill as the night goes)
