1 oz pumpkin spice simple syrup
1 tsp pumpkin pie sauce (or pumpkin purée)
Juice from 1 lemon
Mint
Garnish: mint sprig &/or lemon wheel

1- muddle or juice your lemon on an ice filled shaker
2- add in the remaining ingredients
3- shake & serve
